Our family’s search for the most delicious BBQ led us to central Texas where we fell in love with the long, oak smoke flavor infused into briskets and ribs(not to mention the icy cold Lonestars!).
We brought these techniques home to the already oak rich Central Coast in the hopes of sharing our passion, and a few cold ones, with you and yours.
